The MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY AND NATIONAL GUIDANCE intends to sell BOOKCASES. The BOOKCASES are sold on an “as is, where is” basis and the MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY AND NATIONAL GUIDANCE will have no further liability after sale.
The MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY AND NATIONAL GUIDANCE now invites sealed bids for the purchase of BOOKCASES.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Local Governments (Amendment) Act, 2006 of the Government of Uganda and is open to all bidders.
Interested bidders may inspect the BOOKCASES at HQ on 2020-08-07 09:09:05 from 08:00AM - 03:00PM.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY AND NATIONAL GUIDANCE and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, P.O.BOX 7817, KAMPALA from 08:00AM - 03:00PM or at the e-GP portal (https://egp-staging.nita.go.ug).
Bidders must pay a non-refundable participation fee of UGX:0.00/=. The method of payment will be through the Government Electronic Payment Portal.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-GP portal (https://egp-staging.nita.go.ug) at or before [insert time and date]. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 2020-08-07 09:09:05.
